Remedies for a cold?

I’m 37 weeks and just caught a terrible cold. Any suggestions on what’s safe to take?

Ginger tea with lemon and honey 
Hot lemon (freshly squeezed) and honey
Oranges for VitaminC
Steam yourself in the bathroom (leave shower on hot) and close all doors.
I’ve also read leaving sliced potatoes in your socks works but never tried that one🤷🏼‍♀️
