1 hour glucose test 12 weeks.

So I was curious when I got home and checked my sugar with a meter and it was 145 now I am worried that I failed my 1 hour glucose test. I had the drink at 10 they tested blood at 11 and I tested blood when I got home at 11:30. Does anyone know what the cut off is and should I be worried that I failed!?
