missed ovulation?

Im on cycle day 50 of a pretty regular 30ish day cycle. Home tests have been negative so I went to the dr and blood test today was negative too. This has never happened to me before and I was pretty bummed to get the negative blood test result. Have any of you ever skipped a period? What happened next?

After years of being on birth control and having no period for around 9 years! I got married and we decided to start a family after a year of being off birth my periods being anything from 38-45 day cycles they stopped and I went 3 months with no period! It was my body resetting itself after being on birth control for so many years. For the past 9 months they have been pretty regular, more so the last 3 months being 31-32 day cycles. Don’t stress your body might be changing and resetting!
