Day Late?

Me and my boyfriend have had sex 5 times since my last period (yes I counted just to be sure) and every time he’s used a condom as well as pull out before he came. I am not a day late to my period and he’s freaking me out by stressing over it. Is it just that he’s stressing me out - on top of school and work and extracurriculars - that’s making me late?

I know a day is not that bad, but honest to god my boyfriend stresses the shit out of me every time my period rolls around

Also, another quick side note, my caffeine intake has increased which may be another factor.
