Implantation or period

I had light bleeding a redish brown color for 2 days before my expected period but it wasn't coming out on a pad only when I wipe and this is supposed to be the second day of my cycle and I have a regular 28 day cycle and now I am only experiencing light pink blood when I wipe but nothing else I did have unprotected sex but I'm a teen idk what do to
