6weeks and spotting

Hi guys! So every time I go to the bathroom for the past 12 hours I’m having some peachish pink spotting. I had an exam Tuesday but that’s the last time anything’s been up inside of me lol... I know they say spotting is common and not to worry unless accompanied by cramps but the thing is I’ve been having cramps on and off for weeks. Nothing intense, just some dull achy ness. I had a miscarriage in September so I’m so so so paranoid about everything which is why I don’t want to call my Dr. I’ve literally called them nearly every day thinking something is wrong so they bring me in and everything is ok. And I’ve even seen the heart beat on an US scan.... I just don’t know why I’d be spotting because the exam was 2 nearly 3 days ago and the spotting just started and I haven’t had intercourse... just need some reassurance):
