Pregnancy

So I haven’t had a baby in over 8 years however I have been on birth control after my last child. I was on the mirena for 5 years after the birth of my last baby and had it removed in 2015. I have had my period back for the last few years but I noticed some changes. After coming off the mirena it seems as if when my period would come on it took several days before it would actually come all the way on. Now I’m at the point where I would get symptoms of morning sickness either before my cycle is due or after it went off. I wouldn’t know if I were pregnant or not. Am I the only person that deals with this????
