Flu and elderberry
The flu has hit my house. We are currently trying to conceive, Ive lost 2 babies this year. I’m in my 2 week wait. I’ve read some things say elderberry is Fine and I’ve read some things saying elderberry can cause birth defects and reproductive harm. What do you guys think.. take it till I get a BFP and risk it, or just pray I don’t get the flu and take the tamiflu they called me in as a preventative??
