AF due today

The past two weeks I had severe body aches, nausea after eating, severe cramps and some spotting. This week I feel better but am still slightly bloated and have an increased appetite. aF is due today and Wednesday I had blood on my underware and when I wiped so I thought I was getting my period. But it only happened that once. I’ve never been on birth control and my period is always on time. No period yet and none of the symptoms (sore breast and cramps ) that I get with my period are happening. I took a test this am but it was negative.
