Aunt flow is playin me right now please read and help if you can!

So since it’s been almost 15 weeks without a period last night I got all excited due to the fact that I had started bleeding. Well the bleeding lasted like 4 hours and I’m back to absolutely no period. This happened a few weeks back where it was just a couple drops of blood and that’s it! Has anyone heard of this happening?

-not on birth control

-all urine pregnancy tests have been negative

-I have a scheduled ultrasound and blood work on Wednesday but I don’t know if I’ll be able to see the ultrasound screen. And I go back to my ob for the results the Monday after that.

Has anyone had anything like this before! I feel like my body is trying to give me a period but it’s just not happening 😔
