Vanishing twin or subchorionic hemorrhage?

My first US at 8 weeks showed a healthy baby and a little sac which could have been a twin or just a spot of blood. Has anyone experienced this? Any input?? It makes me sad to think it could have been another baby. I haven't had any bleeding or any abnormal cramping. Thanks ladies.

With my first pregnancy i had a vanishing twin that we discovered at 10 weeks. My son is now a happy and healthy 21 month old. I always joke and say he’s crazy because he absorbed the other one lol. You’re going to be fine.  Nothing to worry about!
