Difference in orgasm?

Is there a difference between a penetrative orgasm and a clitoral one? Like I’ve had one from clit stimulation however I’m not sure if I’ve had one from penetration. I know people will say you will know if you have one but I’ll feel the build up but never like a climax the same as a clit one. However I’ll have the same sensation after like I just came. Is there a difference or do the both feel the same?
