weird vagina things

alright, so i've been doing something i know i shouldn't, i've been douching. i mostly just rinse my vagina and use a light soap on the outer labia but now my vagina has been pretty dry (TMI) and it burns while i pee. i also started my period today.

i'm assuming what i have is probably a yeast infection or some sort of irritation. are there any tips i can do to help ease this? has anybody else experienced this?

(also- i'm not sexually active so i don't have any STD)
