I believe I got an entire box of invalid first response

The last one I took yesterday so it doesn’t count I was just comparing it to the others. I got the 3 pack of first response That had the early, rapid and digital. I took the digital and it said positive as soon as I took it out of the package, I can’t tell if the rapid is a white Line showing or a indent. Has anyone ever ended up with a bad box?
