Please can someone help me understand what is going on before I loose the plot completely.

I had clear sticky CM leading up to my period which was due 10th jan

Then it turned to yellow colour with bits of brown hardly noticeable and now it’s back to clear and sticky and I’m feel really wet I’m 4days late I’m having mild cramps have been for a few days now.

I’m normally regular on my period.

I have tested yesterday and it was negative and ideas ? X
