Can I still be pregnant with heavy bleeding not to heavy and clots around 5 weeks?

Heavy, red blood and clots is never a good sign in pregnancy. If you had a positive test call your doctor..... otherwise might just be your period.

Possibly but check. Go to the doctor. Especially if you’re having pain. It’s possible this is your period and you’ve had a chemical.

Heavy bleeding especially with clots isn't a good sign. Could be the start of a miscarriage. You need to go to the er to make sure baby is ok.

I honestly don't recommend the ER for this stage,  there's literally nothing they can do to stop a miscarriage. and you end up with a huge bill
