My son is 11 days old and for the past 2 days he hasn’t been nursing like he used to. He will also go too long at night between feeds. Like today I wake up and see he went well over 6 hours! I’m worried my supply will mess up and I am also worried he’s not getting enough. I thought they should feed 12 times a day and he’s not doing 12. His feeds are getting longer though at about 20-25 min instead of the usual 8-10 min he was doing before. I have also started letting him comfort nurse. Could he also be getting some milk in while he’s comfort nursing? I’m going to start setting my alarm for every 4 hours at night.
