How accurate are Clear Blue digital

Hi all,

So I did a Clear Blue digital yesterday when I was 4 weeks and 2 days and it came back ‘pregnant 1-2 weeks’ I know when I ovulated as I was using OPKs so technically it should have said ‘2-3 weeks’ so I am freaking out a little. Has this happened to anyone else ?
