Shadow in uterus on HSG

After recurrent miscarriages I am working with the Jones Institute to find a cause and finally go full term. So far I’ve had tons of blood work which found low progesterone and a shadow in the upper corner of my uterus found during the hsg. I’m nervous about going under for the hysteroscopy. I’m wondering how much longer this is going to push back TTC again. Insurance has to approve the procedure, then we have to schedule it. Then wait for the next cycle after that. It just feels like forever to even start. 😔
