Bleeding 7w1d - any advice?

I started spotting brown yesterday. Called my doc who wasn’t too concerned. Today at about 12pm I started bleeding red with small clots ☹️ I’m just so sad and want it to be over. My doc is out until Thurs, he told me I could go to ER but if this is a miscarriage there is nothing they can do. I decided to stay home and wait until I can see him Thursday.

I was only pregnant once before and had no problem conceiving and no problems during pregnancy. I have a wonderful little girl.

Anyone go through this? I just wonder what happened.

Update: didn’t go to ER and waited to see my doctor on 1/18. He confirmed the loss and told me to wait two cycles to try again😔
