Chest Binding tips?

Hey so I’m agender and recently got a proper underworks binder so I’d look more androgynous/masculine and less feminine.
I’m easing into it and know the basic safety stuff (no more than 8 hours, 10 if absolutely necessary, if you have trouble breathing take it off, how to wash it so it keeps its shape, etc) 
Do you have any other tips for me? I wanna make sure I don’t hurt myself at all, and that I’m doing it as safely and comfortably as I can.

Stretch and take a deep breath every few hours, try to take a day off the binder, and wash your chest and back well bc it can cause chest/back acne

You sound like you’ve got it mostly figured out. Other than that, don’t wear it while doing exercise or any other activity that may cause lack of breath, can include things like singing, thrill rides and all sorts. Also, if you haven’t put it on yet and it’s a pullover style, I would recommend looking for a tutorial or two for how to get it on and off, trust me you want to know how BEFORE you end up getting stuck in it 😂

If you have to wear it in hot weather I reccomend putting deodorant under your boobs if you sweat there  if your skin is not too sensitive.
