Updated! The anticipation is killing me!!

Long story!!

Back story: My husband and I have been trying to conceive for 6 years, we found out 4 years ago he has 2% morphology, followed up a few years later and he’s at 3% which our fertility specialist says is fine and he’s not worried about him, I have PCOS and have been on Letrozole for 8 months ( 2 months off in Oct/Nov ) timing has always been an issue, something always comes up and it never seems to be a good time and we always try but so far nothing.

This time around the beginning of the month we didn’t even think about it and ended up being able to have a lot of sex during my fertile window, once we realized I was in my window, it was on! Out came the Preseed and legs over the head 🙃 you know all the little “tricks” to help us get pregnant I even went as far as putting in my diva cup, got to keep those suckers in there right?! Haha anyways I always over think every little symptom, honestly who doesn’t in the TWW, it’s exhausting really. This time I didn’t think about it hardly at all, of course it was always in the back of my mind, but I ignored it, until today, I finally caved at 10 dpo and took a test, i have Accumed test strips and had used them before many times, I accidentally forgot and let it sit for about 10 mins without looking at it and when I finally looked, there was a line, it was faint but it was there, but I knew I let it sit for too long so I immediately took another one, and another and.... yup you guess it another one! 🤓 and all of them had faint lines within the timeframe! Yay right?! Well I’m skeptical, I took a digital FRER and it was negative but it’s still early, and of course I took it apart cause that’s just what you do and I know what your thinking “it’s invalid now” blah blah I don’t care I did it anyways, I also have used these before and they always have had one line when negative, this time there was the faintest line, so what do I do, google it duh! Apparently first response are different that clear blue, FR digitals work like the line test but how true this is I don’t know! We will see I guess. Anyways, so I take an ovulation test as well and it comes up positive! 😲 what? Well now I am all freaking out, calling my mom like “Mom, holy shit, but don’t freak out, cause I’m not sure” I show her the pics, she sees the line, and I’m on a mission to get to the store, but realize I don’t have my car! :( darn, I wait till the hubby gets home and I don’t want to tell him just yet since we’ve been through a similar situation ( 7 faint positive test strips and NOT Pregnant, never used those ones again ) very big disappointment, so I figured until I got a for sure line, like NASA space stations can pick it up, I’m not going to say anything, he suggested going out for food and I was starving and figured a good way to get to town and buy a test for the morning, only to have the pharmacy be closed, at 6pm!? 😤 needless to say, I was pretty bummed out. It’s killing me, so I took another test strip and there is still a faint line. Looks like I’ll be waiting until Monday to find out for sure, at least it will be more accurate. Fingers crossed its finally my time. I’m slowly driving myself nuts and probably won’t sleep until I know!

PS. Anyone else ever use Accumed pregnancy test from amazon, and have a similar situation? I have never gotten a faint line on them or even an Evap, just to be sure I dipped one in water and it was completely negative, not even an Evap line!! Thanks

Just a quick update! Took another test this morning and its darker but still faint. I had to cave and tell the hubby as he was questioning why I was so antsy to get to the store lol he sees the line and we all know if a man can see it than it must be there! Haha so I went and got the good tests 2 FRER and one clear blue digital!! Thank you ladies for making me feel less crazy! Really hoping these test are true!!
