Cramps after orgasm. Wtf? 11 dpo.

The last few days, I’ve been cramping like crazy after I orgasm! That’s never happened to me before. It feels like period cramps, but maybe a little bit worse. 
Has anyone had this happen to them randomly? I looked it up, just to see if it was a possible pcos symptom, and pregnancy came up a few times. 
What causes cramping after O in early pregnancy?

I was trying to find my source, but I read somewhere that after an orgasm in early pregnancy, there is a release of the same chemical as what is released to start contractions, just in a smaller amount. It also said it was completely normal. I have experienced it in all 3 of my pregnancies, and I had never noticed it before.

I've cramped so bad after sex in the time between post ovulation and my period (not ttc at that time) but so bad I was in tears!!
