Am I pregnant?

In December I bled for 23 days on BC possibly because I took them wrong and missed pills oooops on my part and I had sex multiple times throughout the month and even after I finally stopped bleeding. So I have no clue when I was ovulating if I did but glow says my period is due in about 5 days or so and I've felt cramps and got sick so I decided to test to knock it off my list. Do I knock pregnancy off my list ??
