14th Jan: Okay so my partner and I slept together unprotected on the 28th and the 2nd - according to my app I should of ovulated on the 5th - my period is apparently due on the 18th.

I've had nausea, headaches, hot flashes, dizziness, fatigue, and extremely sore breasts but didn't want to get my hopes up. Yesterday I noticed I'm starting to get acne type spots in places I've never had them before and had huge cramps so expected my period to start early. However when I went to check I only had light spotting and nothing has happened since(usually I start straight away within the hour if any blood is present). I never have blood mid cycle.

Could this mean something?
