Please help girls!! I got two faint lines I dollar tests yesterday been feeling super nauseous and a lot of backache couldnt sleep all night and today I woke up to this!!! Is it that I’m not pregnant?? Doesn’t look like implantation bleeding tho...

I went to ER and yes it’s threatened misscarriage 😔💔 they sent me back home and told me to go take another blood test in two days to see if the Hcg goes up or down I feel so devastated 💔
