How often do other parents out there disinfect your childs' toys?

I occasionally throw the hard plastic ones in the dishwasher and soft, cloth ones in the laundry. The Legos get super gross sometimes, so I put them in a lingerie bag and run them through the dishwasher. Usually it's like twice a year, Spring cleaning and Fall cleaning (I do very thorough cleaning before we're all couped up for the winter) unless something just looks nasty, then I clean it.
