Help me ttc
I had a missed MC in October. I had a period December 7th and my cycles are usually a normal 28-30 days. i kept thinking i was pregnant this time because AF was over a week late and she came today. Will next cycle be okay for TTC? what can i do to help. Im taking Vitex, L-Arigine, not usong tampons, eating well, prenatals.
