More than a stuffy nose?

My little guy is a month old. Since his birth he’s been super congested They told us at the hospital it was all the excess amniotic fluid from being a c-section baby and that it should clear up by two weeks. He’s way more congested than ever. The humidifier makes it worse. We do saline drops and the nose squishy thing, but he hates both. We steam up the bathroom with hot showers to help clear him. I took him to the doctor Monday but he said it was just a cold.

The thing is it seems like more than a cold. It seems to be getting worse each day. I’m wondering if it’s allergies, a sinus infection, or something else. Any tips or ideas?
