Help!

Guys I am really wanting a baby. I've been married to my husband for going on 3 years. I'm 25, he's 26. We both have really good jobs and just bought a house. A couple of our friends in our friend group just had babies and they haven't been together as long as we have. I've mentioned it to my husband and he just says to give it time. Any tips on how to convince him that we should start trying to conceive??
