Ladies HELP Please!!! Ttc

So about a month ago, my bestfriend agreed to be my donor. Fast forward a month later.....

My period was due on the 7th, im currently a week late, and thats very unusual because my AF has always been on time, maybe some times even a bit early...

About two days ago (excuse the tmi) I saw a speck of blood and every day since then nothing at all. This has been my first time ttc so im confused on what this might mean. Ive taken two pregnancies test however both were negative. I have no signs of pre pregnancy, my breast arent tender, i feel nauseous sometimes but maybe thats just my mind.

Please help...
