Vitex??

Question

Has anyone used Vitex to help induce period? I am currently on CD79. I do have irregular cycles that are usually 38-40 days. I am not pregnant I have taken multiple tests and got all negatives. I am hoping Vitex can help me get my period and start regulating things. It’s so hard to temp and know where you are at with everything with a cycle that never ends! I’m hoping for my period so I can get back on track with everything!

I have used it. I first used it for about a mont or two then stopped thinking I didn’t need it anymore uummm no i fucked up by stopped taking it and it caused me to end up on cycle day 84. Vitex helps regulate periods very well. When I first got on it I was on it for about five days and it induced my period and I was on it again for ten days and got my period on cycle day 84. I buy them on amazon and they come in a two pack which is 200 pills. Just once you are on it don’t get off it until you notice that your period is regulated for at least six months. Good luck

I just started taking this... it's supposed to be inisitol and vitex. both should help regulate periods. PCOS here and on cycle day 65. it's so frustrating. I feel like without a period there's not even a chance, and it makes it impossible to track anything. I'll keep you posted on if this works for me. ❤
