WHAT KIND OF BLOOD IS THIS?? TMI PIC

Ive missed months and months of periods. Been ttc since last August after getting the diagnosis of pcos. Made the decision in December to try changing my lifestyle and see what happens.

Today I wiped and saw this blood- super unusual from what a period would look like when it starts so i’m just wondering- could it be implantation? some sort of spotting, or is it finally a period? I have light cramps and though i’d love to be pregnant, I’d honestly just be thrilled finally having a period in so long!!!

This was the most of it, super light pink on another wipe as well.
