help plz

i have no idea what’s been going on lately and i don’t know if these things are all separate problems or if they could somehow be related. i’m 16 yrs old and i’ve never had sex if that helps? idk lol. but recently i’ve a) been gaining a lot of weight b) been getting way worse acne and c) i’ve been getting what i think are yeast infections more often. i know it isn’t like a “oh you’re going through puberty” thing because i started going through puberty at age 10 and i’m pretty i’m done now? i don’t know. if anyone has suggestions for all 3 of these things or even just one on it’s own please let me know this sucks
