help.....
so i just wanna know if anyone would possibly have any idea whats wrong with me. i just woke up at 4 am vomiting, extreme gas pain, diarrhea, and im spotting but my period isnt for another 2 weeks. i have felt fine until now. anyone have anything similar that might know how to help?
