Faint positive after miscarriage 💜

Hi all. I had a miscarriage about 3 weeks ago. I was around 5 to 6 weeks pregnant. I started brown spotting a week before so I would say the miscarriage started about 4 weeks ago all in all. bleeding lasted around 4 days.. We started having sex as soon as I stopped bleeding. so, I have just tested as i had a spare test from my last pregnancy.. a faint line pops up. Now, the days bbefore my bleeding started I tested and hardly got a line. clearly my HCG Levels were beginning to subside.. So, it's either 1 or 2 things. 1) I have caught again and am pregnant or 2) I still have HCG in my body. My question is what are your views and have you experienced anything like this brfore? I'm going to make an appointment with a Dr for this afternoon also xx
