Confused

Morning Glow family, I have a question to ask. My husband and I had our first miscarriage in August of 2017 and it pasted naturally didn’t do a D&C; and the bleeding lasted for 11 days. I didn’t see my period for about 2 months after then it came on the 26 of October and stopped on the 11th of December (I was losing my mind). It’s been a month and no sign of my period up to this very day. I took a pregnancy test on the 8th of January and it came up negative, on the 12th my husband and I had sex and immediately after I saw a little reddish brown blood when I wiped and it stop. The next day no blood, the day after a little bleeding but stopped, this morning nothing. I’m confused as to what’s happening with my body and I don’t know what to do or ask about. Can anyone explain to me what they think is happening or what should I do ?
