My dr said it is? But some days it’s fine others it’s so bad 😩 it’s on his face and neck area front and back almost like a necklace..

If your breast feed, rub some breast milk  on his face

One thing that helped our daughter was lanolin. It’s the stuff you put on your nipples if they get chapped. It seriously works miracles. Her acne would be gone in 24hrs after a few applications.

If your baby has skin like mine it’s probably just really sensitive I do the breast milk thing to then wash her face with just a warm wash rag, no soap and no lotion after every feeding because sometimes it’s from the oils on my hands and some times it’s the moisture that gets stuck under there little rolls.they’re skin is just learning to adapt that’s why I say just warm water while down even after the breast milk.sometimes even sensitive skin lotion on there face can cause acne
