Need help!!

So I was in the car today and I felt really sick (this isn’t normal), like I felt like I was going to throw up, even now. I’m supposed to get my period in a few days, I’ve had no discharge for the last 2 days. My boyfriend and I do have unprotected sex and I haven’t been on the pill for a couple of months. I usually get acne around my period but I have none... I’m very worried I could be pregnant, someone help me out? Please no hatred, it’s exam season and I’m working 30+ hours a week in college, I’m only 18:(
