Wierd bumps in vagina!?!?

Okay so i had sex w my man last week for the first time in like 10 months since i havent seen him for that long. It was painful but i thought it was besause hes bigger and wider than im used to. Next day i noticed some discharge similar to yeast infection so i figured it was a mild case. Today i sorta checked to see if its still there and its not but instead these weird bumps/skin flaps appeared right under my vaginal opening and its scaring the crap out of me. Ive searched online what it could be and i honestly have no clue!! I havent had sex since and i feel no symptoms at all( no reddness, not swollen, no itchiness, no smell same applies to the discharge earlier) but the fact that they popped up scares me.

Id go to the gyno but i dont have one and i cant really afford to go to one right now so im hoping is there anyone on this app that can help me or know what it could be?? Hopefully any gynos on here??
