newly diagnosed PCOS 🙁

hey everyone cycle day 104 for me and had a fertility consult today. instsntly diagnosed with pcos after he did my trans vaginal ultrasound, apparently it was a pretty clear diagnosis. i do not have excess hair but i have issues with weight and acne here and there. 😔 i have been on birth control for 11 years, stopped in august ttc. only had one period oct 4-9 and then nothing. took lab work for hormone testosterone and hormone panel. i am doing a 24 hour urine collection for cortisol hormone on tuesday. if anyone has been through this or is gping through plesse send me some love/insight. i was in shock when i found out. still am and a little upset but i am glad to know what is finally wrong with me. ❤
