I'm now on day 8 of my first real period since I've been off the shot from Novemeber 2016 😣😣😣

I took one month of the pill to try and jump start my periods, it worked and I got my period at the end of the first pack. I then got off of the pill and spotted lightly throughout the next month but never got a full period. I just started my period today on my third month off. Depo effects every woman differently but i wouldn’t expect a normal cycle to return until at LEAST 6 months off (most people take up to a year). Praying for both of us it doesn’t take that long.

mine lasted 6 months, and I had to take two packs of the pill at the same to regulate it.. if it doesn't end after 30 days ask for a pill pack to regulate. otherwise you may suffer and get sick.

Depo seriously screws up your system. I don't know why doctors and midwives don't tell their patients this. You can have horrible bleeding for months if not even years after coming off Depo-Provera. Many women find it very difficult to become pregnant after being on Depo Provera.
