Is there a chance I am pregnant?

Hi, me and my boyfriend had sex about a week ago, it was my ovulation day (as the app said) it was high chance to get pregnant. It was unprotected sex. I am a little bit worries right now, as I have sore breasts and sick feeling every morning, it is kind of weird, but it could be me overreacting everything. Is there any chance I could be pregnant? I really want to take a pregnancy test? But I’ve read on the internet that i must wait 2-3 weeks, as if I do it now it would probably show negative, as it is too early. Someone please help ASAP, any advice is appreciated, as I have never dealt with this before.
