Abdominal soreness, head ache, back aches,  slime coming out of my vagina.  31 weeks tomorrow.......  Whats going on

Is the abdominal soreness constant, or does it come and go?  Does your discharge have a smell? Have you checked your temperature?  Back pain and abdominal tightening can be normal at this stage, but if they’re happening together and coming and going in waves, that could be preterm labor. If the abdominal tightening isn’t painful, it’s probably Braxton-Hicks, which is normal and nothing to worry about. Abdominal pain that comes and goes can be contractions, but if it’s constant and comes with smelly discharge/a fever, it could be an infection. Regardless if what’s going on is totally normal, I would say you need to find a new doctor. You need a provider who believes you when you say something doesn’t feel right - you know your body better than anyone else. Your provider should be willing to see you whenever you need to be seen, even if it’s just for your peace of mind. YOU are paying THEM, after all.

This is really normal. I had it for weeks with my last pregnancy and it’s already started this pregnancy (33 weeks). I thought I was loosing my mucous plug until I actually lost my mucous plug 🤢 when you actually lose it you’ll know lol it’s massive and disgusting hahaha

slime is probably the mucus plug. its not really anything to worry about unless there is blood in it. blood in the mucus plug can indicate labor is near, but otherwise the mucus plug can grow back. I've been losing mine since about 10 weeks. as for the abdominal soreness and back ache, remember that you're carrying extra weight from the baby and ligaments are still stretching so your body will be sore. however if youre having contractions make sure you let your midwife know
