Period pains???

Ok... so I’ve been sick for a few days, but it’s just been a cold and cough. Over the past couple of days I’ve been experiencing some horrible stomachaches, and fevers. I couldn’t go to school today and these stomach aches are unbearable. I threw up a few times today and still have the pains. Could this be pms or is it something worse?

Update *** I’ve been taking meds and was even injected but nothing seems to take the pain away for more than a few hours
