Polyp Removal

Hi TTC friends -

After TTC for almost a year I went to a new RE and he found a polyp that I am getting removed tomorrow. I have been told that a couple days later I will start to bleed and then I can go into the office on day 3 to begin IUI (we are doing IUI with shots).

Has anyone done this? Any success? Did the procedure hurt? Is it okay to go right into IUI it was it better to wait a month?
