Staying active during pregnancy.
What are you guys doing to stay active during your pregnancy?
I’m currently 13 weeks pregnant. I do Crossfit & yoga 3-5 days a week. I’m also training my friend, so I’ll jump in and get in a quick workout with her as well. I’m also still running several days per week.
I have 2 5k’s planned and 2 obstacle course/mud run races planned during this pregnancy.
5k-15 weeks
5k-21 weeks
Mud Run/OC-31 weeks
Mud Run/OC-32 weeks
