Baby boy

So my son has been sick from day one he’s had pneumonia twice has had flu rsv and now a double ear infection. we don’t take him out at all.

I’m pretty sure my nieces and nephew bring stuff over with him. He only eats 4 ounces every 2 hours during the day and and the past week he won’t sleep at all he wakes up every two and a half hours. My husband works a rotating shift and I work 3 14 hour days a week so we need our sleep. Any suggestions on any of this.
