My friend is about 23 weeks pregnant and me and her other two friends wanted to do a gender reveal for her baby but her bf is saying he would rather reveal the baby’s gender at the baby shower, which to me makes no sense to me and my friends. He won’t let her join Wic to help with the baby just until she gets a better job. Well she wants to do gender reveal and be surprised but the other day when she went to find out the gender and get it written down apparently her bf went with her (when he told her he wasn’t) and she “forgot” to mention she wanted it to be a secret after she told us she told her bf that we wanted to do the gender reveal for her and apparently he wasn’t okay with it. Is he being too difficult or what?

I understand it’s their relationship and I should stay out of it. Which I am. She’s talked to us about it all and doesn’t know what to do because he won’t listen and be logical. I’m just asking wouldn’t you be annoyed if your close friend was going through it and asked for advice? He gets easily offended over a lot of things so when she talks to him about certain things he gets all booty tickled.
