Help!

I had a miscarriage recently about 14 days ago now. I was about 8 weeks along at the time this happened. It took about a week and a half for everything to get done. Me and my S.O started getting "into it" again as of last Tuesday. Will this have caused damaged to any of my parts inside? (this might be a tmi but he's fairly large and goes all the way in..) I fear that I might not have healed completely before starting to have sex again fairly soon after my miscarriage was over. Any thoughts? Am I wrong or right?
